Working closely with the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team, youll assist in the preparation and execution of dishes with precision, care, and respect for ingredients. This is an opportunity to develop your skills within a disciplined and collaborative brigade, contributing to a kitchen that values technique, consistency, and attention to detail. About You Youre a motivated and reliable chef with a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine and a desire to continue developing your craft. Organised, focused, and calm under pressure, you take pride in your work and approach every service with professionalism and a strong team mindset.
