Part-Time Sales Executive Location: Office-based (Essex) with local travel Hours: 2 days per week (clear pathway to full-time) Salary: Competitive basic (pro rata) + uncapped commission Company: Neatwork Group About Neatwork Group Neatwork Group is a growing commercial cleaning and facilities services business working with offices, schools, and commercial sites across Essex. The Role This is a part-time role with a fast-track route to full-time once probation is passed and sales targets are consistently met. You’ll be mainly office-based, driving new business through emailing, cold calling, networking, and lead generation, with regular opportunities to get out of the office for: • Site visits and quoting, • Networking events, • Client lunches or dinners What You’ll Be Doing • Proactively generating new business via email and cold calling, • Identifying and qualifying leads, • Booking and attending site visits, • Preparing, issuing, and following up on quotes, • Attending networking events and representing Neatwork Group, • Building long-term relationships with decision-makers, • Managing and tracking your own sales pipeline Commission & Progression This role comes with uncapped commission, and the right person can genuinely earn well. • Commission paid on new contracts won, • Clear, achievable targets, • Direct link between performance and earnings What We’re Looking For • Preferred but not required, experience in B2B sales (service-based sales ideal), • Confident and comfortable with cold calling, • Strong communicator — phone, email, and face-to-face, • Target-driven and self-motivated, • Happy to attend networking events and client meetings, • Organised and professional, • Full UK driving licence What We Offer • Competitive basic salary (pro rata), • Uncapped commission with real earning potential, • Support, training, and realistic targets, • Autonomy and trust, • A growing business where performance is recognised and rewarded How to Apply • Send your CV and a short note explaining why you’d be a good fit for Neatwork Group and what motivates you in sales.
