DSSDRIVING SCHOOL LIMITED is a growing driving school business dedicated to providing high-quality driver training and customer-focused services. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our customer base, strengthen partnerships, and support the continued growth of the company. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence., • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships., • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, instructors, corporate clients, and local organisations., • Promote the company’s driving school services through networking, marketing initiatives, and community engagement., • Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify growth opportunities., • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports., • Work closely with management to achieve company targets and business objectives., • Support customer retention initiatives and improve overall client satisfaction., • Assist in developing promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies., • Requirements, • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills., • Strong organisational and leadership abilities., • Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth., • Good knowledge of customer relationship management and sales techniques., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools., • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently., • Experience within the education, training, or driving school sector is desirable but not essential.
