The role Do you enjoy driving and exploring new areas? Are you passionate about cleaning and health and safety? If so, then this will be the perfect role for you! We're looking to bring on board a Cleaner to join our welcoming and dedicated Estate Services team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service in a variety of sites across East Sussex, whilst putting the needs of our customers first. You will be provided with a work van and a fuel card, so you definitely won't be out of pocket! You will complete a variety of tasks and be motivated to work on your own without supervision. You will ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our customers. On occasion, you'll be required to operate heavy machinery. What you'll have • Experience of undertaking cleaning duties., • Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety considerations as they apply to., • The ability to use a smartphone to access company emails and log repairs and health & safety issues., • Good computer skills in order to complete e-learning. What does the Disability Assessor role involve? The Disability Assessor role will involve you carrying out 3 to 4 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. Youll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. That's the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don't. Your role is to gather information and produce the report.
