As a Part Time Driver LCV (B) based in West Drayton you’ll be responsible for: * Driving a 3.5T Automatic van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies mainly within a 20 mile radius of the branch * The number of deliveries will vary day to day - mainly to new build construction sites but also residential customers and other businesses * Carrying out vehicle checks * Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks * Assisting in the warehouse if back from deliveries early with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying. This is a part time, permanent position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.00am - 12.00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: * Full UK Manual/Automatic Driving Licence * Previous multidrop driving is preferred * Excellent communication skills * Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devices * To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch * Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic We look forward to receiving your application!
