This is your opportunity to play a key leadership role in one of Bristol’s most respected community healthcare environments, managing a talented on-site team and delivering first-class services that make a real difference every day. What You’ll Be Doing As General Manager, you’ll oversee the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) service - including cleaning, catering, portering, security, car park, and retail operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance across a busy hospital environment.
