This much admired, strategic digital communications consultancy with strength in corporate affairs, is at a very exciting juncture in its development, having recently joined forces with a leading global consulting group, and consequently needing to strengthen its senior strata. The search is on for a director with particular expertise in leading and refining the new business process on the back of a vibrant pipeline from the parent company. This is not a new business-only role, you will need the intellectual stretch to design and manage strategic digital communications and deliver wise counsel, as well as manage teams and work streams. Your background will almost certainly be in consultancy, where you will have built strong client relationships, advised at C-suite level and delivered original, stand out work within the corporate space. You will not only need a proven ability to develop client strategies in support of complex integrated digital communications programmes for a range of UK and global clients, but you’ll also be focused on winning the business in the first place, taking the lead in developing a new business strategy agency-wide, that delivers high quality proposals full of great thinking that clients will want to sign up to. Role Purpose:Benefits Assistant To provide effective administrative support to the Housing Benefit service. Benefits Assistant As a member of the councils team, contribute to the achievement of the Councils corporate vision, behaviours and priorities and the development of the Councils positive high performing culture. Main duties and accountabilities: Benefits Assistant • Prepares and scans incoming documents received by post and imports to the document management system., • Indexes documents and emails on the document management system for Division staff to access ensuring appropriate correspondence type and work flow actions are set correctly., • Envelopes outgoing post not dealt with by external printers and despatch daily (including valuable items) in conjunction with the Revenues Assistant, • Provides first line telephone and email support for incoming customer communications, • Saves relevant computer output in electronic folders for staff, ensures output is actioned, chases up un-actioned reports., • Deals with archiving of old Benefit files and documents in line with retention policy. Deletes historic indexed batches on DMS., • Deals with post opening procedures as part of secure corporate post opening team., • Keeps printers and photocopiers fully stocked with consumables., • Maintains the stocks of stationery, leaflets and forms used by the team...
