Job Title: Executive Assistant to Group CEO Location: Manchester, UK (with occasional international travel, including UAE) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 5 days per week in the office Salary: £35k to £45K per annum The Role They are seeking a senior and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group CEO. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner closely with a dynamic and visionary leader at the helm of a rapidly evolving company with a global footprint. The role is high-trust, fast-paced, and intellectually engaging, supporting a high-performing CEO who leads across companies with a demanding international schedule. You will act as a critical right hand, ensuring the CEO’s time, energy, and focus are optimised across business operations, strategic initiatives, board responsibilities, and key relationships. Working as part of a high-functioning Executive Office, you will be central to the rhythm of the Group and instrumental in enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Diary & Inbox Management • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar spanning multiple businesses, time zones, and international locations Anticipate, prioritise, and resolve scheduling conflicts while ensuring strategic alignment of time, • Monitor and triage high volumes of correspondence with discretion and strategic judgement, • Prepare the CEO with agendas, briefings, and context for all meetings and engagements Global Travel & Logistics • Coordinate international travel across multiple regions and business lines, including flights, visas, accommodations, and high-level itineraries, • Manage logistics for offsite meetings, board sessions, and investor engagements, • Maintain agility to respond to last-minute travel changes or emergent opportunities Executive & Personal Support • Serve as a trusted proxy for the CEO in internal and external communications, • Draft, review, and manage sensitive documents, reports, and board-level presentations, • Conduct research and create briefing materials on strategic initiatives, markets, and partners, • Attend meetings as needed, track key actions, and ensure timely follow-through Stakeholder & Relationship Management • Act as the CEO’s liaison with board members, senior leadership, investors, and strategic partners, • Communicate on the CEO’s behalf with clarity, warmth, and professionalism, • Help build and maintain trusted relationships across business and industry, • Represent the Executive Office with professionalism, warmth, and discretion Project & Initiative Oversight • Drive select cross-functional or CEO-led initiatives from concept through execution, • Support the CEO’s involvement in industry events and group-wide brand moments, • Liaise with PR, marketing, and communications teams on executive visibility and positioning Operational Excellence • Maintain and refine executive systems including document management, contact databases, and process workflows, • Track and reconcile expenses; manage light finance administration for the Executive Office, • Oversee VIP logistics, corporate gifting, and group-wide executive protocols Confidentiality & Discretion • Navigate high-pressure and sensitive environments with absolute professionalism and confidentiality, • Exercise sound judgement and emotional intelligence in all aspects of the role What We’re Looking For • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior-level EA role supporting a CEO, Chairperson, or Group Executive (ideally in multi-entity or global environments), • Global Acumen: Demonstrated ability to support international operations and executive travel, • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English; confident communicator with senior stakeholders, • Professionalism: Composed, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent, • Initiative: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in autonomous environments, • Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail, structured thinking, and deadline-driven, • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools, • Cultural Intelligence: Comfortable navigating multicultural, cross-border business dynamics The successful candidate will be a composed, agile, and highly capable Executive Assistant who operates with precision, discretion, and grace under pressure.
