    Experienced Bartender & Waiting Staff About Riverside Studios Riverside Studios is a multi-arts centre on the River Thames in Hammersmith, presenting contemporary theatre, film, visual arts and television production. Alongside our artistic programme, we offer a vibrant hospitality experience for audiences, visitors and event clients. We are looking for experienced Bartenders and Waiting Staff to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two shifts are quite the same. You could be serving drinks before a theatre performance, managing a busy interval, looking after cinema customers, working a private event or providing table service in our restaurant. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards., • Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service., • Maintain good product knowledge across drinks and food., • Take orders accurately and confidently using EPOS., • Deliver food and drinks to tables and provide attentive table service., • Keep bars, tables and front-of-house areas clean, organised and fully stocked., • Support pre-show, interval and post-show service during busy performances., • Assist with private events, corporate bookings, cinema screenings and special functions., • Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete relevant checklists., • Restock, rotate stock and minimise wastage and breakages., • Promote offers and confidently upsell food and beverages., • Follow food safety, licensing, Challenge 25, health & safety and company procedures., • Work closely with the kitchen, events and theatre teams to deliver a great guest experience., • Support colleagues across our different F&B outlets as required. What we're looking for Essential: • Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, café or hospitality environment., • Friendly, approachable and customer-focused., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills., • Able to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment., • Reliable, punctual and well organised., • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and theatre performance schedules. Desirable: • Cocktail and/or coffee-making experience., • Previous events, theatre or arts venue experience., • Experience using EPOS systems.

    Gaming Party Bus is a unique party concept that brings video gaming parties straight to your door. We arrange children's parties, adult's parties, wedding parties and corporate events. We are always looking for bright and energetic people to join our team and help build our brand as London's favourite gaming party bus! We are looking for dedicated and patient gaming staff who have experience with driving a van and can confidently drive around London roads with our new party van. Individuals who have experience in dealing with gaming consoles such as Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 and PC’s will be an added bonus as our team are dedicated in creating the best gaming experience ever. The Role We would require someone that is passionate about gaming, who is confident and friendly with customers and has a full clean driving license that is available immediately and lives local to Greenford, West London area. You will be travelling on one of our buses to client’s houses and venues to carry out the parties. Parties are booked around London and surrounding areas within the M25 border. At the parties, you will be required to supervise the party and help players throughout their party. You must be friendly, professional, outgoing and have a good relationship with clients to help grow our fun, friendly brand. Does this describe you? -You are friendly and outgoing and enjoy working within a team. -You are passionate about delivering a great experience for our customers who look for a unique experience, facilitated by you. -You have great communication skills, and are able to gain trust and respect of our customers and seen as a motivator, entertainer and mentor to the group. -You have a clean driving record and experience driving a large vehicle. • You enjoy a customer service approach to developing tailored events around various video game titles.
