Lead a service that puts people first. Were seeking a committed, experienced CQC Registered Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will be legally responsible for the services leadership, compliance, and quality, driving continuous improvement to achieve and maintain a Good or Outstanding CQC rating. What you will be doing • Register and maintain CQC registration and act as the primary contact with CQC, commissioners, and external stakeholders., • Lead inspections, audits, action plans, and ongoing improvement activity., • Ensure policies and procedures are current, compliant, and embedded in practice., • Provide visible, values-based leadership; recruit, supervise, appraise, and develop staff., • Manage safe staffing levels and effective rotas., • Oversee person-centred care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and dignity-focused practice., • Monitor performance through audits, KPIs, feedback and implement continuous improvement plans., • Investigate incidents, complaints, and accidents; take decisive, proportionate action., • Manage budgets, resources, and accurate record-keeping., • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)., • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in social care., • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks., • Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to role-model best practice., • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills., • A genuine commitment to promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect for people we support.
