    IMPORTANT — DOOR-TO-DOOR FIELD ROLE Most paid shift time will be spent walking assigned Tottenham streets and speaking to residents at their doorsteps. This is not a pharmacy-counter, office or remote role. You must be comfortable working outdoors, approaching households respectfully and accepting refusals immediately. Good Health Pharmacies Ltd is hiring two Community Outreach Representatives for a four-week paid pilot in Tottenham. PAY AND HOURS • Four-week fixed-term PAYE employment, • 24 paid hours per week, normally four 6-hour daytime shifts agreed in advance, • £14.50 per hour, • Up to £100 per week quality bonus, based only on attendance, accurate records, training, safe conduct and compliance, • Pre-approved business travel reimbursed, • Paid training and a paid supervised assessment shift, • Statutory holiday entitlement THE ROLE You will speak respectfully with local residents at their doorsteps and in community locations. Using approved factual materials, you will explain our pharmacy services and signpost interested residents to an official pharmacy QR or contact route. This is not a commission-sales role. Residents remain free to choose any pharmacy. Pay and bonuses are never linked to patient nominations, prescriptions, medicine items, personal details or conversions. DUTIES • Carry out respectful doorstep and community outreach in assigned Tottenham areas, • Show ID and ask permission before continuing, • Explain approved pharmacy information accurately and without pressure, • Accept refusals immediately, • Complete non-identifying activity reports using a smartphone shift app, • Follow lone-working, safeguarding, incident and privacy rules, • Refer all clinical or patient-specific questions to the pharmacy team ESSENTIAL • Clear, respectful communication, • Punctuality, reliability and accurate record-keeping, • Confidence working independently in a public-facing field role, • Willingness to follow exact scripts and compliance rules, • Ability to use a smartphone shift app, • Ability to work locally, with reasonable adjustments where needed, • Right to work in the UK before the first paid shift Experience in outreach, canvassing, retail, hospitality or customer service is useful but not essential. Knowledge of Tottenham and additional community languages are welcome. IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE RULES Representatives never give clinical advice, collect patient or medication information, access pharmacy systems, enter residents' homes, offer rewards, pressure anyone to change pharmacy, or set or change an EPS nomination. Pharmacy staff independently handle any follow-up. Selection includes written scenario screening, a role play and a paid supervised assessment shift.

Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties • Deliver customer orders safely, securely, and promptly, strictly adhering to road traffic laws and safety policies. • Ensure all food arrives piping hot, in excellent condition, and presented professionally. • Provide outstanding customer service, resolve basic queries courteously, and uphold a positive brand image. • Manage cash and card transactions accurately in line with company procedures. • Report any delivery issues or incidents to management promptly. • Return delivery bags to the store immediately after each delivery. In-Store & General Support When delivery demand is low, you will assist as part of the team with simple day-to-day tasks, including: • Placing stickers on lids. • General cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, delivery station, and customer areas. • Following hygiene, health, and food safety procedures. • Acting as a helpful hand to support the smooth running of the business. Requirements & Essential Skills • Age: Must be 18 or older. • Licence & Vehicle: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own car. • Work Authorization: Must possess and present valid Right to Work documents for the UK. • Availability: Available to work evenings and weekends (Mon–Sun options available). Overtime may occasionally be required. • Attributes: Good communicator, hard-working, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and passionate about doing a great job. • Uniform & Professionalism: Must maintain a clean, professional appearance wearing dark trousers, dark trainers, and a Kaani Kaana branded top while on duty. • Vehicle Policy: Passengers are strictly prohibited in your car during your shift. Pay & Delivery Rates • Competitive Base Pay: Industry-leading pay with comprehensive training provided. • Delivery Allowance: Earn £1.00 per delivery for distances up to 3.5 miles, plus an extra £0.50 per additional mile beyond 3 miles. • Tips: Keep 100% of the tips you receive!
