Position: Graphic Designer/Artworker Employment: 42.5 hours per week | Full Time | Permanent Location: 68 Hanbury Street, London E1 5JL Creation: We are an industry leading full service Brand Experience group that produces and executes an exciting portfolio of projects with a range of flagship clients. Why you’ll love this job: As a Graphic Designer/Artworker at Creation, you will manage the production of printed materials, work as a creative artworker, and ensure the highest quality of 2D output. You will split your time equally between the Client Account and Production teams, creating graphic design work, preparing artwork for print, and supporting various design projects. What you will be responsible for: Delivering production-perfect artwork • Creating artwork for print and digital applications, including large-format graphics, vinyl, signage, and bespoke branded environments., • Preparing production-ready files with cutter guides, templates, and pre-print setup, ensuring artwork is accurate and ready for fabrication., • Ensuring all final outputs are consistent, high quality, and technically sound., • Supporting project pre-production, managing artwork schedules and coordinating assets for delivery. Connecting the design team across the studio • Collaborating with Account Directors, Producers, and the wider creative team to ensure design intent is accurately captured and delivered., • Liaising directly with suppliers to provide clear specifications and overseeing print quality and delivery., • Communicating with clients when needed to clarify briefs, present visuals, and capture feedback., • Providing guidance on print production, materials, finishes, and manufacturing methods. Supporting creative delivery and presentation • Assisting in preparing client-facing presentations, internal documents, and creative moodboards that align with brand and project requirements., • Ensuring adherence to both Creation’s and clients’ brand guidelines across all outputs., • Supporting design development by producing accurate mock-ups and 2D visualisations for internal reviews and client presentations., • Maintaining design archives, templates, and artwork libraries to streamline production workflows. Championing design quality and detail • Immersing yourself in the design language and brand guidelines of Creation’s clients., • Using style toolkits and visual frameworks to create layouts and assets that elevate pitches and live projects., • Working methodically to ensure every output meets creative and technical standards, even under tight deadlines. What you will bring: • At least 3 years of experience in a design or artwork role within a creative agency, production house, or design studio., • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with an excellent understanding of layout, typography, and image preparation., • Strong knowledge of print processes, materials, and production workflows., • Confidence managing multiple live projects with shifting priorities., • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy., • Strong communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients., • Ability to stay calm, methodical, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment., • A proactive, upbeat attitude with a passion for design craft and delivering exceptional creative work., • Fluency in Google Workspace, with solid IT literacy. Preferable Additions: • Experience using Vectorworks or Cinema4D., • Experience or interest in the drinks, hospitality, or experiential industries.
