SaaS Business Development Representative Farnborough - mostly remote working Salary £35,000 - £40,000 base with up to £50,000 OTE. A leading organisation in the SaaS space is looking for a BDR to join the team to help continue the company's success. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Nurturing Engage with inbound & outbound marketing leads via phone, email, social, and digital channels Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (industry fit, needs, budget, timeline, decision-makers) Nurture early-stage opportunities to progress them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot CRM Sales & Marketing Alignment Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities Support outbound initiatives, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing activities Assist in building and refining lead qualification processes and messaging Events & Brand Presence Support trade shows, exhibitions, partner events, and conferences Engage with attendees, qualify leads on-site, and ensure effective post-event follow-up Represent the company professionally as an ambassador for our brand and solutions Reporting & Insights Report on pipeline activity, lead conversion rates, and qualification outcomes Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Director Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback Salary £35k-£40K base + OTE £50K Pension Excellent career progression Many other great flexible benefits Please reach out for a confidential chat
