A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a portfolio of refurbishment and build projects across the East and West Central Belt of Scotland. This role is ideal for a Site Manager who is confident running projects from pre-start through to handover, managing multiple trades, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery. The Role • Manage site operations on projects typically valued between £2m – £5m, • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on live sites, • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification, • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality control, and site housekeeping, • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal commercial teams, • Use digital systems for site reporting, document control, and programmes Requirements • Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor, • Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects, • Experience delivering projects in the £2m – £5m range, • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid, • IT literate – comfortable with tablets, reporting software, and digital drawings, • Strong leadership and communication skills What’s on Offer • Competitive salary of £58,000 – £65,000, • Secure pipeline of work across Scotland, • Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on varied, technically interesting projects, • Clear route for progression within the business
