Part-time | 10–30 hours per week Snap Fitness Peterborough is looking for an energetic and confident Front of House / Fitness Sales Advisor to join our team. This role is a 50/50 split between sales and gym operations, perfect for someone who loves fitness, people, and a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing • Calling and following up leads and members, • Selling memberships and giving gym tours, • Handling emails and basic admin, • Supporting local outreach and promotions, • Delivering gym inductions, • Assisting with or delivering fitness classes, • Completing gym resets and deep cleans, • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential), • Confident communicator (in person, phone, and email), • Sales-driven with a friendly, positive attitude, • Passion for fitness and helping others, • Flexible part-time hours (10–30 per week), • Supportive team and great gym atmosphere, • Training and development opportunities, • Free gym membership Company Description Snap Fitness, founded in 2003, is dedicated to creating positive lifestyle habits that make people feel fantastic.
