A well-established local Insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly, growing team. This is a busy, customer-facing role where you'll support existing clients, handle enquiries, provide quotations and help identify opportunities to cross-sell where appropriate.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nHandling incoming calls and emails and providing a great customer experience\nProviding motor and home insurance quotations and converting quotes into new business\nProcessing policy changes, updates and general insurance transactions\nSupporting renewals and helping retain existing customers\nSpotting opportunities to cross-sell additional products and introduce customers to a Financial Adviser when relevant\nKeeping customer records up to date on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)\nSupporting proactive outbound activity to generate new opportunitiesWhat we're looking for\n\nExperience in motor and home insurance (commercial exposure is a bonus, but not essential)\nConfident, friendly communication skills (phone, email and face-to-face)\nA genuine "can-do" attitude and pride in delivering excellent service\nOrganised, reliable and able to manage your own workload and deadlines\nComfortable using IT systems/CRM and happy learning new products and processes\nMinimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and EnglishBenefits\n\nFull training and development (technical + sales skills)\nSupport with CII qualifications\nSupportive, friendly team environment\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\nFree parking\nCompany pension scheme
