Are you an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful change? Gallagher is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Business Change project within our UK Retail business. About the Role: You will drive the delivery of Business Change and Regulatory projects, collaborating with stakeholders across our business and Enterprise Solutions functions. This fast-paced project requires a dynamic individual with the ability to adapt communication styles, engage with senior stakeholders, and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors. This is a fantastic opportunity to achieve operational perfection, drive people development, and foster revenue growth. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, solve complex challenges, and build a strong network to ensure successful delivery. How You'll Make An Impact • Define and lead project scope, timelines, quality, costs, and benefits., • Establish and lead project teams for effective delivery and change embedding., • Lead projects using the Organisational Change Framework, including RAID logs and risk mitigation., • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to align technology deliverables with project goals., • Create detailed documentation to communicate effectively with stakeholders., • Act with integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion. About You • PMP, Prince 2, or MSP certification (essential)., • Degree educated with experience in insurance/financial services., • Proven track record in Regulatory and Business Change projects., • Strong communication skills, confident with C-suite executives as well as technical and operational teams., • Proven expertise in change management within highly regulated and compliance-driven environments., • Expertise in business improvement and change management methodologies., • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and people management skills., • Eligible to work in the UK.
