Reception Supervisors in our team lead by example and support and enable our receptionist to provide our guests with excellent service throughout their stay. • Ensure all guest queries and complaints are dealt promptly with in a satisfactory manner, • Ensure a thorough and proactive administration of the groups invoicing, • To work, closely with the Reception Manager and The Duty Manager to ensure that any recurring issues and problems faced by the guest are recording in the DM Report., • Be fully conversant with all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties, • Help DM with additional tasks such as Cosmos PMs/Letters for Delay Flights/Credit Limit/Room Rec when needed, • Ensure a commercial attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all Sales opportunities within the hotel to maximise room sales and revenue for the Hotel, • To establish a good working relationship with all the guests and colleagues, creating a team that works well together and with other departments., • Providing a high-quality service comes naturally to you., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure., • Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English., • A smart and professional appearance., • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues., • Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner., • 4-star hotel experience in a similar role is a real advantage.
