Job Title: PMO / PPM Analyst Location: Hybrid Redhill, UK (2days/week onsite) Duration: 6Weeks Contract 360GBP/day Inside IR35 Role Overview We are looking for a skilled PMO / PPM Analyst to support portfolio management and project delivery within a structured environment. The role will involve planning, governance, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects/programmes. Key Responsibilities • Support mobilisation and management of project/programme portfolios, • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers, • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders using Excel and reporting tools, • Support governance processes, including RAID logs, status reporting, and documentation, • Assist in capacity and demand planning across projects, • Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience as a PMO Analyst / PPM Analyst, • Experience working within insurance or financial services environments (preferred), • Proven experience in portfolio management and project planning, • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards), • Experience supporting or working as a Project Manager, • Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Skills • Experience in capacity and demand modelling Senior Delivery Consultant Office: 02033759240 Email:
