Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Electrical Engineering Degree is essential, • 8+ years’ experience in offshore wind or related offshore electrical systems, with strong knowledge of connectors, terminations, and testing., • Professional registration (PE, CEng, EUR ING or equivalent) preferred., • Strong understanding of IEC, IEEE, ISO, and CIGRÉ standards., • Offshore installation experience (offshore wind advantageous)., • Willingness to travel offshore and internationally., • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills., • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies., • Knowledge of XLPE/EPR‑insulated cables, subsea joints, offshore substations, and inter‑array cable connectors., • Hands‑on testing experience is highly beneficial.
