Under the CeFPro umbrella, we manage Connect Magazine, featuring the latest industry news; Connect+, a global financial community platform; the Market Intelligence Unit, which provides deep insights into cutting-edge topics through industry reports and surveys; as well as leading international conferences and webinars. Your Role: As a Conference Producer, you will play a key role in creating engaging, impactful events for leaders in the financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing Content: Researching industry trends and creating engaging conference agendas based on your findings., • Speaker & Talent Management: Building relationships with key executives and decision makers to secure world-class talent for our events., • Event Planning & Coordination: Managing logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth operations and outstanding attendee experiences., • Collaboration: Working alongside our enthusiastic marketing, sales, and operations teams to make each event a success., • Sponsorship & Partnerships: Helping generate leads, engaging with sponsors, and creating opportunities for partners to maximise event revenues., • On-Site Event Management: Leading events on the ground, networking with clients, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. We’re excited to work with recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a passion for the events industry and possess: • A BA degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field., • A passion for research and problem-solving with a keen interest in business affairs and trends., • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for writing clear, engaging content., • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit., • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities., • Energy, enthusiasm, and a self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment., • A proactive approach to projects and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team., • Flexibility and motivation, with a desire to put in your best effort to achieve exceptional results., • Experience with live, virtual or hybrid events., • Familiarity with the latest event industry tools and trends.
