KeyAccountabilities Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supportthe team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets. Performance Management: Monitor individualand team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conductingperformance reviews. Resource Management: Oversee staffscheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet businessneeds. Problem Solving: Quickly resolve anyoperational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
