About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance in the shop and managing key customer accounts. This role combines hands-on retail sales leadership with strategic account management, ensuring growth across both in-store and business-to-business (B2B) channels. You will lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and brand presence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets., • Plan and execute sales and promotional strategies to increase store performance., • Manage relationships with key customers and business accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and loyalty., • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including wholesale and corporate clients., • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients and partners., • Oversee merchandising, product placement, and inventory management to maximise sales potential., • Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for business improvement., • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives., • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and store operation standards., • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)., • 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, account management, or a related role (food industry experience preferred)., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals., • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities., • Experience CRM tools., • Passion for food, customer service, and team success.
