About the Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate ABA Tutor or ALN Teaching Assistant to join a home and mainstream school programme for a secondary-aged learner. The programme is overseen by a qualified BCBA consultant who will provide full, ongoing training — making this an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to develop specialist skills in Applied Behaviour Analysis. You will work across both a home setting and a mainstream school, delivering structured 1:1 support and helping the learner thrive socially and academically. As part of the growth of its specialist retrofit division, the business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI), refurbishment, energy efficiency and planned improvement works within occupied social housing environments. We are looking for Site Agents who can take ownership of delivery on site and are comfortable managing both the operational and paperwork side of a project.
