About the Role As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead and support ecological surveys, assessments, and reporting across a variety of sectors. You'll contribute to project design, manage field teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality ecological outputs on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a range of ecological field surveys (e.g. habitat, protected species). Prepare high-quality technical reports including PEAs, EcIAs, and mitigation strategies. Support and mentor junior ecologists and oversee fieldwork delivery. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication.
