Ensure all required compliance forms are filled out correctly and in a timely manner. Manage kitchen processes to minimise wastage Complete stocktakes as required. Manage stock levels to avoid over-ordering. Maintain kitchen equipment to a high standard, carrying out regular cleaning as required.
