Our Head Chef’s are expected to lead from the front, setting the tone and energy for their kitchen. Working closely with the GM to exceed targets set out by Ops, understanding it’s not just about numbers, but the importance of managing your team to get the best out of them. You’ll be well organised and confident in using a stock system, training junior team members and keeping on top of kitchen standards set out by Patty&Bun.
