Lilac Street Limited is partnering with a leading UK womenswear brand to recruit a Partnership Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced merchandiser to step into a senior, commercially focused role, leading a team of two and driving growth across the brand’s wholesale and consignment partners. The Role As Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the key contact for major online and wholesale accounts, ensuring the brand maximises visibility, sales, and profitability across external platforms. You’ll combine commercial insight with strong relationship management skills, balancing strategic planning with hands-on trading. Key responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with retailers such as M&S, ASOS, Next, Very, and other distributors., • Identifying and securing new opportunities through market research and commercial negotiation., • Managing partner trading performance, including stock, pricing, promotions, and markdowns., • Leading quarterly and weekly planning for sales, stock, and margins, with full ownership of WSSI reporting., • Supporting partner range selection, lookbook preparation, and product data setup to ensure strong online presentation., • Overseeing purchase orders, intake, and stock flow, working closely with warehouse and logistics teams., • Collaborating with Finance on invoices, freight queries, and monthly reconciliations., • Providing regular KPI reporting and actionable insights to senior stakeholders., • Leading and developing a team of two direct reports, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. About You We’re looking for a commercially minded merchandiser with strong partner management experience, ideally within fashion, lingerie, swimwear, or sleepwear. Key skills & experience: • Proven ability to manage and grow partnerships with major online retailers., • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience representing a brand externally., • Solid project management skills, from onboarding partners to trading in-season., • High level of proficiency in Excel and data analysis., • Leadership experience with direct reports., • Previous exposure to retailers such as M&S, Next, Very, ASOS (highly desirable).
