This £265m+ scheme is in its early stages, with demolition already underway, offering a rare opportunity to join a landmark project from the ground up and play a pivotal role in shaping its success. With strong pipelines of work and continued investment in people and systems, our client is seeking a driven, motivated Quality Manager who wants to be hands on, visible on site, and instrumental in setting quality standards on a flagship project. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in fast paced environments. The Role As Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the project leadership team, responsible for embedding a strong quality culture from the earliest stages of construction. Reporting directly to the Project / Production Lead, and working closely with the central business wide quality team, you will have real influence over how quality is planned, implemented, and delivered on site. This is not a back office role you will be on the ground, working alongside delivery teams, driving standards, solving problems, and ensuring the project is built right first time.
