We’re excited to open an opportunity for a driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing London team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of introducing ecommerce brands to Conjura’s platform, helping them understand where their growth and profitability opportunities really lie, and guiding them through the sales journey from first conversation to onboarding. Your Role in Action Pipeline Growth & Prospect Engagement • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities with in profile clients through various methods, including email campaigns, industry events, and networking., • Own and manage a sales pipeline of ecommerce and retail brands, from initial outreach to close., • Qualify opportunities through discovery conversations to understand commercial challenges, data maturity, and readiness for Conjura., • Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and aligning Conjura's offerings to their goals., • Work closely with potential clients, keeping them engaged throughout the sales cycle and ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team post-sales., • Collect feedback and insights from prospects to inform product development and marketing strategy. Sales Demos and Pitches: • Collaborate with the wider team to create effective sales materials and presentations tailored to different audiences., • Deliver compelling sales demos to clients on our starter plans that clearly demonstrate the value and unique advantages of Conjura's platform., • Build business cases and ROI narratives rooted in profitability, product mix dynamics, and operational efficiencies., • Work cross-functionally with Solutions, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a smooth handover and strong onboarding experience. In Industry Profile. • Engage on key social media platforms to help raise awareness and the credibility of Conjura, in such a way that Conjura continues to be a serious contender for customers looking to grow., • By maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, identify market trends, partnerships, and opportunities that will help drive revenue growth and expand our target customer base., • Coordinate and attend marketing events and outreach, track campaign performance, and evaluate sales success. What Success Looks Like • Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets., • Strong conversion rates across the sales funnel., • Growing repeatable playbooks across ecommerce verticals and partner channels., • Becoming known as a trusted, consultative advisor to prospects and partners. About You • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within ecommerce, digital analytics, martech, supply chain, or operations tooling., • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, able to ask the right questions and translate business problems into commercial outcomes., • Confident delivering demos and leading executive conversations., • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle in a fast-moving environment., • A natural collaborator with strong communication and relationship-building skills., • Proactive, resourceful, and motivated by growth, both personal and company-wide. Panel Conversation with Members of the Team You’ll meet a couple of people from our Sales and/or Customer teams. This will be a more in-depth discussion around your experience, your approach to working with clients, and how you collaborate cross-functionally. Final Chat with Leadership A brief conversation with our CEO to understand how we work, where the company is headed, and how this role contributes to our growth.
