A great opportunity for an HR Manager - Standalone, for an established and growing manufacturing and distribution business, who are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the people agenda across the organisation. \n This is a broad and influential standalone HR leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy whilst providing hands-on support across the full employee life cycle.This opportunity would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with operational delivery and is comfortable working within a fast-paced SME environment.The RoleAs Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service across the business.
