Midweight Designer – GMS Agency Overview GMS is a global marketing and consultancy agency specialising in the golf industry. We are looking for a Midweight Designer to join our Studios the team and play a key role in elevating the creative output of the agency and our clients. The Role This is a hands-on role for a designer who is confident in their execution and enjoys working across a variety of projects and clients. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life across digital, social, print and presentation, working closely with account, PR and content teams to deliver high-quality creative that aligns with client objectives and cuts through in a competitive global landscape. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver high-quality creative across:, • Social media content (static + motion), • Campaign assets, • Client presentations and pitch decks, • Event and partnership materials, • Take ownership of briefs from concept through to final delivery, • Work closely with internal teams to interpret briefs and develop creative solutions, • Ensure consistency and quality across multiple client brands, • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development, • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, • Present work internally and support client-facing presentations where required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years’ experience in a design role (agency preferred), • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social and brand work, • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, • Strong understanding of golf, • Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling, • Experience creating content for multi-channel campaigns, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and organisation Nice to Have • Motion design / animation (After Effects), • Experience within sport, lifestyle or related sectors, • Basic video editing skills, • Understanding of content performance and platform best practices What We’re Looking For • A proactive designer who takes ownership and responsibility for their work, • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving team, • Strong creative instincts with a focus on delivering effective, commercially minded work, • Clear communicator with the confidence to explain ideas and design decisions, • Interest in golf or sport is a plus, but not essential Reporting Line Reporting into Head of Studios, while working closely with internal client account teams.
