We are looking for an EYFS specialist who is: Qualified: Must hold a recognised EYFS qualification (L2/3 CACHE or NVQ). Knowledgeable: Deeply familiar with the seven areas of learning and the Development Matters framework. Observational: Skilled at capturing "wow moments" for learning journals (e.g., Tapestry or SeeSaw) to track progress. Creative: Capable of turning a cardboard box into a rocket ship and following a child's lead in child-initiated play.
