Role: Head of Product Salary: Up to 110,000 Once a week in office Im recruiting for a Head of Product to join one of the UKs most established and high-traffic classified ads platforms, as they embark on a major phase of product growth and digital transformation. With over 15 million users every month across 8 international markets, the platform enables people to buy, sell, and connect locally from property and cars to services and community listings. While part of the platform includes adult content categories, all listings are fully legal, and the company has invested heavily in safeguarding, moderation, and compliance. They work closely with law enforcement, government bodies, and charities to ensure the platform remains a safe, trusted, and responsible environment for all users. Candidates must therefore be comfortable working in a business that includes adult services content as part of its operations. As Head of Product, you will define, lead, and deliver the long-term product vision and strategy, driving user growth, engagement, and commercial success. Youll take ownership of the roadmap and build strong relationships across the business to ensure that product development aligns with company goals. Youll lead a product and play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users experience the platform each month. Partner closely with engineering, delivery, marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between product and business outcomes. Build and embed a data-informed, user-centred approach, ensuring every decision is linked to measurable impact. Oversee product discovery, research, and agile delivery, ensuring efficient prioritisation and continuous optimisation. Drive innovation while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and platform performance. Minimum 2 years experience as a Head of Product (or equivalent senior product leadership role). Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams. Analytical and data-driven with a strong understanding of user behaviour, research, and insight-led decision-making. Background in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platforms highly desirable. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with a small, dynamic team. Must be comfortable working with adult content, with a strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and discretion. Up to 30 days holiday per year (increasing with service).
