Job Title: Head of Operations – Soft Services Location: Headington, Oxford Working hours: 40 hours per week Job Overview: The Head of Operations will be accountable for the effective management and delivery of a large multi- service complex. You will proactively ensure resourcing needs are considered / planned for the year and managed on a regular basis by their teams in line with the Mitie Addresses changes to this are met through effective business planning on an on-going basis.
