About you: Essential: • At least 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing supply chain., • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering, or have equivalent senior leadership experience in a similar role., • A proven track record of leading teams across different functions like buying, planning, and logistics., • Experience fixing underperforming departments and delivering clear, measurable improvements., • Expertise in using ERP/MRP systems to manage stock and production., • A data-driven approach to making decisions and managing supply chain risks., • Knowledge of SAP or qualifications in Lean / Six Sigma. Desirable: • Professional qualifications such as CIPS, an MBA, or a relevant postgraduate degree., • A background in scaling supply chains during periods of rapid business growth. To reach the top of the salary range, you will be a proven supply chain leader with at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
