Chartered ARB Architect / Project Manager Location: Bath, Wiltshire Salary: Β£40,000 - Β£50,000 DOE A well-established architectural practice with offices across the South West and Wales is seeking a Chartered ARB Architect / Project Lead to join its expanding team. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, care, education, healthcare, commercial, and industrial, offering tailored architectural and project management services from concept to completion. This is a key role for an experienced architect who is confident leading projects and managing client relationships, with a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach. The successful candidate will be joining a design-focused, technology-driven team that values high-quality outcomes and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: β’ Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, including planning, technical detailing, and site delivery, β’ Manage project timelines, budgets, and communication between all stakeholders, β’ Use BIM and data-rich 3D modelling tools to develop coordinated designs, β’ Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process, β’ Ensure compliance with planning policy, building regulations, and CDM responsibilities, β’ ARB-registered Chartered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-Part 3 experience, β’ Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects independently, β’ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM workflows, β’ Solid knowledge of UK planning and construction regulations, β’ Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, β’ A proactive and collaborative attitude, β’ A friendly, professional, and collaborative studio environment, β’ Involvement in a wide variety of projects, from small-scale residential to large commercial developments, β’ Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, β’ Competitive salary based on experience, β’ Opportunities for career development and progression
