Key Responsibilities: Accountable for sub-contractor performance, driving continuous quality improvements through proactive audit management. Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing biodiversity and visual impact across all managed developments. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships. Audit site performance using tablet-based technology, generating actionable data for improvements. Strengthen contractor partnerships, monitoring performance metrics to take ownership of site improvements. Ensure consistent quality across the portfolio by auditing compliance with established procedures.
