Dentality @ Hoddesdon is looking to recruit a bright and bubbly team member to work alongside an outstanding clinical team. The right candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, be organised with administrative duties and have ethics and values that align with those of our practice and the supporting clinical team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the reception and administration of the practice including but not limited to: 1. Meet and greet all patients who attend the practice in a friendly and professional manner 2. Booking patient appointments 3. Taking and recording payments 4. Answering the telephone and email enquiries 5. Supply sundries to patients as prescribed by the respective clinical team 6. General administrative duties to help with the running of the practice 7. Help the management team with practice compliance that relate to their role 8. Filing and organising patient records 9. Communicating with laboratory and clinicians to help streamline the patient journey This role is for someone who is looking advance themselves in an environment where they will gain ample experience in customer service and be part of a team that helps change the lives of patients on a daily basis.
