Job Description – Sales Coordinator Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:00 and 8:30 to 14:00 on Friday Location: Fareham 3 days in office and 2 at home Responsible to: Commercial Director Purpose of Role: This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, self-development, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware systems based on customer requirements and predefined application templates., • Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards., • Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups., • Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner., • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications., • Build product knowledge around systems and stay informed about new offerings and updates., • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes. Knowledge and Experience: • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus., • Previous experience in a sales support or quoting role is desirable but not essential., • Interest in technology or electrical systems is advantageous.
