    We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Key Responsibilities • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly., • Deliver friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest., • Accurately take orders and process payments using our till/POS system., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar and in customer areas., • Restock drinks, glassware, and bar supplies as needed., • Verify customer identification and ensure strict compliance with all licensing laws., • Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare the venue for service and secure it afterwards., • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential, as comprehensive training can be provided., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment., • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented., • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices is a distinct advantage. We are looking for ambitious and motivated candidates with excellent people management skills who will be responsible for leading teams of up to 45 people to deliver stocktakes for our retail customers. As a Count Manager for RGIS, you will share our passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data we deliver to them. Our dedicated Count Manager training program will give you all the knowledge you need to operate the RGIS systems and will empower you to manage our teams of fantastic people to achieve these goals. Due to the nature of retail stocktaking, this role primarily operates Sunday to Thursday and involves early morning, late evening and night shifts. Flexibility is essential and schedules are released three weeks in advance, providing you with visibility and planning.
