Variations and Additional Works: Identify works outside the original scope, prepare and submit variation requests with clear cost breakdowns, written descriptions and supporting photographs for client approval. Daily Operational Checks: Complete daily and weekly checks on operatives, including PDA usage, van checks, job records and compliance with company procedures. Job Management Systems: Use the company's Epix system to update job records, monitor progress, audit information and maintain accurate records of works completed.
