Due to the secure nature of the programme, you?ll need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. Candidate profile: In this role, you?ll lead the strategic growth and direction of CGI?s partnership with Databricks, ensuring our joint propositions and market strategies deliver exceptional client and business value. You?ll own alliance performance, drive sales growth, and foster deep collaboration across CGI and Databricks to accelerate innovation and results. You?ll operate at the centre of CGI?s data and AI ecosystem connecting ideas, people, and opportunity. Your leadership will influence how CGI and Databricks shape the next generation of intelligent solutions. ? Lead & Grow: Drive new business growth through the Databricks partnership, achieving or exceeding commercial targets. ? Develop & Deliver: Build and execute strategic sales and go-to-market plans aligned with CGI?s objectives. ? Collaborate & Influence: Partner with CGI business units and Databricks to create and position joint client propositions. ? Optimise & Manage: Oversee opportunity pipelines, performance reviews, and governance processes for strategic alignment. ? Innovate & Enable: Support major bids, PoCs, and strategic deals that enhance CGI?s competitiveness and client value. Required qualifications to be successful in this role To excel as Director of Strategic Alliances ? Databricks, you?ll bring proven leadership in alliance management and business development - with Databricks. You?ll combine commercial acumen, strategic vision, and a passion for collaborative success. You should have: ? Extensive experience in alliance-driven business development and partner sales. ? Strong commercial and negotiation skills for complex deal structures. ? Deep understanding of Databricks? offerings, ecosystem, and market approach. ? A well-established network and executive relationships within Databricks or similar partners. ? Experience working with or within a global systems integrator (GSI). ? Proven ability to influence at senior level and deliver measurable growth. #LI-MW2
