Employment Type: Full-Time Diamond Nails is expanding, and we’re searching for a talented Salon Manager cum Nail Creative Director to join our dream team. This dual-role position is key to our growth, combining operational leadership with artistic vision. You’ll oversee the daily running of our salon, provide exceptional client experiences, lead and develop a team of skilled professionals, and set creative trends that define our brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Management
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth salon operations.
Oversee daily activities, providing direction to maintain high productivity and service standards.
Recruit, onboard, and train staff from the basics, such as classic manicures and pedicures, to advanced techniques, including acrylics, shellac, crystal gel, and intricate nail art.
Organize ongoing workshops and refresher courses to keep the team up to date with the latest techniques and trends.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and confidence across the team. 2. Customer Service
Cultivate a warm, professional, and luxurious experience for every client.
Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Implement service quality standards that ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, making every visit memorable. 3. Operations Management
Oversee all aspects of salon operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and organization.
Monitor and enforce hygiene and health standards to provide a safe and sanitary environment for staff and clients.
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring adequate stock of high-quality nail products and tools.
Track and analyze salon performance metrics, such as revenue, customer retention, and staff productivity, and implement improvements where needed. 4. Marketing and Promotion
Manage the salon’s social media presence, posting engaging content and interacting with followers to build a loyal client base.
Design and execute sound, targeted marketing campaigns to attract specific client groups.
Plan in-salon promotions, loyalty programs, and collaborations with local businesses to boost visibility and revenue. 5. Business Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the salon’s client base and service offerings.
Stay informed of emerging trends and integrate innovative ideas into the salon’s services.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, influencers, and local businesses to enhance the salon’s reputation and growth. 6. Nail Creative Direction
Design innovative, on-trend nail styles that captivate and inspire clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of diverse nail techniques, including ombre, 3D nail art, marble effects, and seasonal designs, to ensure the salon stays ahead of market trends.
Evaluate past designs and develop improvements to create a constantly evolving, captivating portfolio for the salon.
Lead brainstorming sessions with staff to foster creativity and encourage collaborative input for new designs.
Develop exclusive seasonal collections and event-specific nail art to offer clients a unique and personalized experience. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role in the beauty industry.
Expertise in nail care and advanced techniques, with a strong eye for creativity and detail.
