And we do it together. 💼 About the role As a Demand Generation Manager, you will own and scale Ultralytics’ demand engine end-to-end. You’ll architect full-funnel growth across paid, organic, and automation; run multi-channel campaigns that turn awareness into pipeline; and make growth predictable, repeatable, and scalable. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth (Interim) and later to the Head of Marketing, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. You will design a strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute: orchestrate ABM plays within target accounts, build and optimize nurture flows in HubSpot, and deliver high-quality MQL→SQL conversion that fuels revenue. You will partner with Product Marketing on launches spanning our ___, with Sales on lead quality and attribution, and with the broader team on ecosystem momentum through ___ and our ___. You balance strategic thinking with rigorous execution to ship campaigns, learn fast, and scale what works. 🚀 What you’ll do Strategy & execution • Build from scratch and own the end-to-end demand strategy that connects our ___ to target ICPs and personas, translating model capabilities from the ___ into compelling value propositions., • Run multi-channel programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, display, YouTube, and retargeting to drive a qualified pipeline., • Test, learn, and scale high-performing messaging, landing pages, and campaign assets., • Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, leveraging personalized campaigns and coordinated outreach to accelerate pipeline growth. Funnel, automation & nurture • Build and optimize lifecycle funnels in HubSpot with lead scoring, progressive profiling, and automated nurture journeys that accelerate MQL→SQL., • Implement high-velocity testing across subject lines, offers, and sequences; establish UTM standards and attribution rules to ensure clean data across GA4, ad platforms, and the CRM., • Launch conversion-centric landing pages and run A/B tests on Webflow (comfortable with light JS and on-page experimentation) to improve CVR and lower CPL. Analytics, CRO & attribution • Build clear performance dashboards for CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, win rate, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI using our internal analytics guide., • Own attribution integrity and insight generation across paid/organic/partner channels; proactively identify new segments (developer, enterprise, education) and test hypotheses to unlock growth., • Champion CRO through rapid experimentation and insight loops, connecting outcomes to our ___ and product-led motions. Go-to-market alignment • Partner with Product Marketing on launches that showcase advances in the ___ and across our ___, turning features into differentiated customer outcomes., • Collaborate with Sales to refine ICP definitions, improve lead quality, and align SLAs and feedback loops that increase conversion and accelerate sales cycles., • Support ecosystem and co-marketing with our ___ to expand reach and credibility. 🧠 Skills and experience Core requirements • 7+ years in demand/performance/growth marketing for B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools with a track record of scaling pipeline and revenue., • Hands-on mastery with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and GA4; confident in building and optimizing multi-channel programs end-to-end., • Deep experience with ABM, ICP/persona development, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation that improves MQL→SQL conversion., • Strong CRO and A/B testing skills; comfortable optimizing pages on Webflow with light JS for experiments and data capture., • Data-driven operator who builds actionable dashboards for CPL, CAC, pipeline, and ROI, and communicates clearly with both executives and cross-functional partners., • Excellent collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing; proven ability to translate technical value from the ___ into resonant messaging for different buyer personas.
