Nuco Solutions are recruiting a confident Customer Service Team Leader to lead a busy Domestic Gas customer service team at a head office in Cheam.You’ll manage and support a team of CSOs, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional, and high-quality service across phone, email, and live chat.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, motivate, and drive performance every day. Role and Responsibilities • Lead and support a team of Customer Service Operatives, • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, • Drive performance and ensure KPIs are met, • Coach, train, and develop your team through 1:1s and ongoing support, • Manage rotas and ensure smooth daily operations, • Promote a positive, high-energy team culture, • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly Requirements • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role, • Strong communication and people management skills, • Confident coaching and developing others, • Calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure, • Passion for delivering excellent customer service, • Able to lead by example and motivate a team Benefits • £32,183.42 starting salary, • Weekly pay (2 weeks in arrears), • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, • Annual leave increases after 5 years, • Training and development opportunities, • Career progression potential, • Supportive working environment, • Mental health and wellbeing support, • Cycle-to-work scheme
