Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the site maintenance function with a strong focus on electrical systems., • Oversee and support a team of 12 engineers (6 per shift)., • Ensure all plant equipment is maintained to maximise uptime and operational efficiency., • Diagnose faults, coordinate repairs, and implement preventative maintenance strategies., • Maintain and support key production machinery including:, • Granulators, • Weighers and silos, • Recognised Electrical Engineering qualifications., • Strong electrical bias within maintenance engineering., • Experience within a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment., • IOSH Managing Safely qualification., • 12 engineers within the maintenance team. xrnqpay, • 9:00am - 5:00pm, • Shift Pattern: Days
