What\nyou'll\ndo: • Champion\nEMCOR UK values and Client Life Saving Rules in all aspects of your\nwork, • Support site teams with planned and\nreactive maintenance to ensure reliable services and\nfacilities, • Carry out electrical installations\nunder the Technical Delivery remit, • Diagnose and\nresolve electrical faults, identifying root causes and applying\ncorrective actions, • Scope and prepare quotations\nfor technical works, • Work independently with a\nsafety-first mindset, escalating issues when\nneeded, • Follow safe systems of work and\nintervene when standards aren’t met, • Ensure full\ncompliance with electrical regulations and safety\nstandards, • Provide technical guidance to\nmaintenance staff and apprentices, • Communicate\nclearly with clients, supervisors, and team members to ensure\ntimely delivery, • Lead initial response and\nevidence gathering for electrical safety\nincidents, • Take ownership of designated\nelectrical areas, including HV/LV substations and\nswitch-rooms, • Keep client departments informed\nof planned and completed works, • Support\nday-to-day FM operations as directed by the Technical Delivery\nManager, • Manage subcontractor and supplier\nactivities in line with project needs, • Ensure\nall work complies with health and safety legislation and EMCOR’s\nsafety strategy, • Identify opportunities to\nincrease self-delivery and drive innovation on\nsite, • Step in to support the Technical Delivery\nManager during absences, • Carry out any other\nreasonable duties as requested by the Operations Manager or Account\nLead Who\nyou'll\nbe: • Level\n3 NVQ or equivalent in electrical\ndiscipline, • BS7671 - 18th Edition Wiring\nRegulations, • IOSH Managing Safely\nQualified, • Demonstrable electrical experience\nwithin a building service &/or industrial\nenvironment., • Demonstrable evidence of adherence\nto quality standards and compliance to regulations in a controlled\n/ regulated environment (Preferably\nPharma)., • Experience of C&G 2391-52\nInspection & Testing (desirable), • Willing\nto attain Authorised Person LV within probationary period and hold\nthis appointment throughout employment (AP appointment is a\nrequirement of the role and attracts an additional\npayment), • Experience of Producing &\nReviewing\nRAMS Benefits: • 25\nDays holidays + Bank holidays, • Holiday Buy\nScheme - up to 5 days a year, • Industry leading\nMaternity & Paternity Policies, • Refer a\nFriend scheme – worth £500 per referral, • GEMS –\nInternal recognition scheme with vouchers for Amazon and\nretail/dining, • Extensive Learning &\nDevelopment opportunities, including opportunities for\nprogression., • Access to Flex Benefits:\nDiscount Shopping, Gym, Mobile, Family Activities, Insurance,\nDining Experience, Car Leasing and Breakdown\nCover., • Bike To Work\nScheme, • Paid volunteering and charity\ndays, • Medicash - Health cash plan - Benefits\ncovered include dental, optical, physiotherapy and a health &\nwellbeing., • Employee Assistance Programme -\nOffering guidance and advice on Personal, Health, Legal\nand Financial queries.
