The ideal candidate must be based in the SW area of London A long-established venue in SW London is preparing for a full refurbishment and relaunch this spring — and is looking for a true hospitality operator, not a traditional shift-running GM. This will be a community-driven, events-led cocktail bar and kitchen, built around strong local relationships and a premium but accessible offer. The venue is looking for someone who can work alongside the owner to launch and stabilise the business hands-on, before transitioning into running it autonomously day to day. This role would suit someone who ultimately wants their own venue. There is a clear pathway to shareholding and long-term ownership for the right person. The operation: • Seven days a week • Brunch, dinner & premium cocktails, • Private hire & event-led programming, • Strong local focus — relationships and visibility in the area are key The venue is looking for a leader who can: • Build and inspire a team • Drive revenue and commercial performance, • Create local partnerships, • Operate with an ownership mindset Salary circa £45k + performance KPIs, with meaningful upside tied to the success of the business.
