We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and service-driven Catering Manager to oversee all catering operations and ensure our guests receive the highest standard of hospitality. Role Overview The Catering Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all food and beverage service across the restaurant and event spaces. This role ensures seamless day-to-day service, efficient team management, and meticulous execution of private dining and large-scale events.
