Digital Account Manager – Job Description This role would be best suited to someone who is either currently an Account Executive looking to progress or an Account Manager looking for a new challenge Supporting the Digital team, you will be one of the main points of contact for our digital only clients, leading digital marketing projects from concept to execution, with a particular focus on working in collaboration with the Digital Account Director and Digital Account Manager on a large multi-market digital loyalty campaign for a global client. This is a temporary/contractual position to span the project duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending this to a permanent role, subject to business growth within digital. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital marketing adds value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the agency’s business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities and developing account revenue. The salary is up to £35k DOE. Responsibilities -\tBuild trust and strong connections, maintaining frequent contact with your assigned clients -\tAct as the point of contact for clients for digital matters, addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner -\tIn conjunction with the Digital Director and Digital Account Director, help deliver digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements and anticipating their needs -\tSuggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI -\tWork with the broader agency and in-house studio and development teams in briefing, managing and delivering clients digital work -\tTake ownership of timelines, budgets and quality control, ensuring every project meets the clients expectations -\tMonitor all stages of campaigns and projects to ensure they run smoothly, on time and remain on budget -\tMonitor and identify scope creep to ensure any additional requirements are clearly highlighted to the client in advance with timescales and costs -\tQA testing of all work is completed prior to submitting to clients for approval -\tSchedule and participate in regular project status meetings with assigned clients -\tReport on web performance metrics -\tPresent digital work and marketing reports to clients, taking feedback and liaising with the internal teams at Cheeky where necessary -\tAnalyse digital campaign success -\tStay up-to-date with digital technology trends Essential requirements -\tProven work experience as a Digital Account Manager within marketing or digital solutions -\tStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities -\tExcellent customer service and account management skills -\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills -\tExperience of website development projects Ideal (non-essential) requirements -\tHands on experience with SEO/SEM tools -\tExperience of Google and Microsoft Adwords campaigns -\tUnderstanding of affiliate marketing, display (including programmatic), SEO and email marketing -\tIn-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms -\tStrong analytical skills
